Sharing the journey of a wedding sometimes means starting from the earlier phases, and in Alessia and Matteo’s case, it began with the Wedding Proposal in the fall of 2019 in Sicily. It all started with the idea of a couple’s photoshoot. Alessia had never visited our beautiful Sicily, and with great enthusiasm, she embraced our proposal. Just before their trip to Sicily, Matteo wrote to us, hinting at a surprise for Alessia, and we immediately caught on. Excitedly, we meticulously organized everything, choosing a secluded location—the natural reserve of the Fiume Irminio (RG)—and enlisting the help of a floral designer. In a nutshell, we staged an inspirational scene for Alessia, but at the perfect moment, Matteo got down on one knee to propose to her.
Capturing beautiful images in the chosen setting was challenging but incredibly rewarding. On June 25, 2021, the couple exchanged vows at the Chiesa della Gran Madre in Turin and celebrated with their guests, creating a perfectly successful wedding. Under a specially crafted luminous cascade at Vigna Chinet by Mandragora Events & Weddings, they enjoyed dinner and danced the night away. However, our service didn’t conclude that day. Alessia and Matteo expressed the desire to return to where it all began and have a small photoshoot on Mount Etna. We love it when couples entrust us with their most important moments, and for Alessia and Matteo, who are also dear friends, this had a truly special meaning.
